buying and shipping Policies
All original works can be purchased directly through the artist. Please email beccaheinicke@gmail.com for more information.
- Sales are processed electronically, after contacting the Artist directly.
- Works can be shipped, although the preference is for buyers to visit the gallery to see them in person to gauge size.
- If shipped, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs, including insurance, to ensure safe deliveries without damages to the works.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping if they did not previously view the painting in person.
- Returns are accepted the first seven days after delivery, as long as the piece has not been damaged after delivery.
- Paintings come with a certificate of authenticity and a signature on the backside, in addition to the signature on the front of the painting.
- Buyers are required to fill out a copyright form for the purpose of ensuring the original work will not be reproduced by the purchasing party.
